So this is my first post, on my brand new blog. I’ll be aiming to write and post all sort of beauty related things such as OOTD’s, wardrobe staples and maybe also some daily bits and bobs such as instagram posts. I really hope you like this post, and if so please follow. Thank you!
1. New Order Tee, £23 - Topshop. I absolutely adore this t-shirt, I think it’s a perfect colour for the Winter period, and it’s made of the softest material. Although it’s already oversized, I am aiming to buy it in a size 10/12 (i’m usually a size 8) as I’m hoping to wear it as a t-shirt dress, or just loosely tucked into a pair of denim shorts. I always prefer my t-shirts baggy, and I think it’s quite a popular look at the moment.
2. Christmas Socks, both pairs 3.50 - Topshop. Let’s be honest, who can resist a pair of christmas socks? Well I definitely can’t, and the cheesier the better in my opinion! I saw these and just thought they looked really cute and snuggly, and would be perfect for those ‘lounging around the house’ days.
3. Dr Martens Kensington Flora Black Chelsea Boots, £110 - Dr Martens @ Asos. I. Need. These. In. My. Life. They do have a pretty hefty price tag, but i’ve done my research and these have come out as my favourite chelsea boots in the shops at the moment. Plus, they’re Dr Martens and are sure to last me a long time, right? I’m really excited to wear them with a girly dress and my leather jacket, or maybe some levis shorts and frilly socks - the possibilities are literally endless. Cringey but true.
4. Highlighter in Sunbeam, £10 - Topshop. I’m in desperate need of a highlighter at the moment, and i’ve heard a lot of good things about this. I have a couple of Topshop lipsticks and really like them, so would love to try something else from their make-up range. Plus, i’m an absolute sucker for pretty packaging.
5. Frame Base Tote Bag, £45 - Topshop. I really need a new school bag, as my current one - also from Topshop - has been around for a long time and it’s literally falling apart. I need one that I can fit all my textbooks into, and this seems like a decent size and I’m really liking the colour, as I think it could easily transfer from Winter to Spring/ Summer.
6. Oxblood Velvet Skater Skirt, £28 - Topshop. I’ve been looking for a velvet skater skirt for ages, and Topshop have introduced one in both this colour and black. I absolutely love this colour, literally it’s what half my wardrobe is made up of, and I just think this is so pretty and versatile. It would be possible to wear it with a pair of boots and a jacket for sixth form, and then dress it up for a meal/ night out with a pair of wedges and a polo neck crop top.
Well, that’s my whole wishlist. I’ve only just realised the ridiculous amount of Topshop stuff in here, and I guess this shows just how many nice things they have in at the moment - I’ve been loving their A/W collection.
